Personnel service provider seeks preliminary data entry for wages/salaries

We are a growing personnel services company (personnel consulting, temporary staffing) and are looking for payroll pre-entry software for the tax office to assist with preparatory work.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Working time models
• Accounting for different time models
• Processing wage types
• Average daily/hourly rates
• Hourly wage recording
• Hourly rate management
• Surcharge calculation
• Remuneration, one-time payments, and surcharges
• Payroll
• Recording in accordance with collective bargaining agreements - IGZ DGB collective agreement - different classifications
• Legal holidays
• Export of employee master data
• DATEV interface for external tax office

Optional

• Time accounting rules
• Payroll accounting
• Overtime calculations
• Company pension scheme

One software workstation is planned. The system used is MS Windows. We are leaning towards local installation, but a web-based solution is not out of the question.
