We are an IT service provider based in southern Germany and are looking for payroll accounting software (wages and salaries) for a freight forwarding company.

The software must meet the following requirements:

  • Payroll accounting
  • Certification
  • Garnishment
  • Company pension scheme
  • Averages
  • Company cars
  • Income tax registration, certification
  • Automatic rate increases
  • Automatic constant updates (e.g., health insurance rates)
  • Electronic communication with health insurance companies
  • Recording of interval payments
  • Up to 250 employees to be accounted for, data is imported from telematics
  • An electronic personnel file and an employee portal are required
  • Additional reminder functions should also be possible (e.g., email when someone has a birthday)

Three software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
