Payment card system sought for a retail and service company in the leisure/recreational sports sector

We are a trading and service company in the leisure/recreational sports sector and are looking for a payment card system for our leisure center.

In addition to our retail store, we operate a leisure center in a neighboring building without permanent staff. We want our customers to be able to use a prepaid card issued by us to purchase an admission ticket at a cash register and pay at a beverage vending machine.

We would like to use a pre-printed, attractive check card with a chip in the RFID system (Mifare/Legic) as the credit card.

The system should work as follows:

• Retail store – one cash register (coding station), where the cards are issued, the customer's name and address are registered, and a freely selectable credit balance is added to the card upon payment.
• Leisure center – one cash register (touchscreen cash register), where an admission ticket is issued if there is sufficient credit on the card (a maximum of six different rates or time zones can be selected)
• The specified amount should be automatically debited from the credit card, the name of the cardholder stored, and a receipt (with time stamp) printed on a receipt or ticket printer.
• An automatic message indicating how many customers currently have a valid admission (current and how long admission has been paid for) for a manageable number (max. 30 people)
• Optional: Customers should be able to check the available credit on their card at the ticket offices
• Also enables the purchase of drinks and snacks (at the appropriate vending machines)
• Server installation (on-premise), i.e. as a purchase version
• Network-compatible

The hardware, such as the coding station/coding device, simple touch cash register, reader, and receipt or ticket printer, would be purchased to match the system.
