Outpatient nursing service seeks industry solution

We are a nursing service provider for outpatient care, day care, and outpatient residential groups. We are looking for industry-specific software to support our daily administrative tasks.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Billing, including online data transfer (online billing program)
• Billing health insurance companies
• Creating invoices
• Financial accounting, i.e., posting incoming payments, etc.
• Patient management, including documentation files
• Care planning
• Prescription monitoring
• Time tracking for employees using an app
• Management of employee hours
• Possibly also personnel management (employee registration and deregistration, payroll accounting)
• The program should also be usable from home
• Web-based solution

Six to eight software workstations are planned.
