Outpatient care service seeks industry solution

We are an outpatient nursing service and are looking for an industry solution.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Patient management
• Personnel management
• Billing, i.e., submission and processing of service records to an external service provider, interface
• In accordance with current quality management requirements
• Easy to use
• Well networked, making work easier
• Well programmed, masks, e.g., data from cost estimates or prescriptions, can be accessed by others without having to be re-entered - data should be accessible to all users
• Not location-dependent, home office access possible anywhere
• On-premises would be possible if the relevant conditions can be met
• Support for mobile devices (iOS)
• Independent of the number of customers or employees
• Hotline understandable and competent
• No long contract commitment, e.g., four years

Approximately three software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems are used.
