Outpatient care service seeks ERP with resource planning and time tracking

We are looking for ERP software with resource planning, appointment management, and time tracking for our outpatient care service (senior care, no nursing).

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Manage customers and patients
• Track employee time
• Generate invoices for patients and customers
• Bill care services to the nursing care insurance fund
• Important: Resource planning, appointment management, and time tracking must be carried out decentrally by employees; each employee may only see their own appointments; higher-level structures in the form of team leaders and group leaders, who in turn can only see the appointments and assignments of their team
• Resource planning and time tracking must be possible with mobile devices (preferably with a user-friendly app)

Three software workstations are required in the administration department. Resource planning and time recording should be carried out for approximately 50 employees.
