Organization software (resources, bookings) sought for multifunctional youth center

We are a social service provider for young people and offer sports activities, fun, and action. We are looking for organizational software to manage and, above all, organize our non-profit organization and events. We have a semi-municipal status in our city.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Room planning, room allocation
• Room management
• Shift planning, creating shift schedules
• Access for approx. 200 trainers who can apply for available shifts
• Simple visitor registration (storing data relating to signed terms and conditions, climbing skills, etc.)

Approximately 20 software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
