North German association seeks personnel resource planning specialist for internal department

We are a North German association and are looking for a personnel resource planner for an internal department.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Planning for a team of approximately 15 employees with different, rotating tasks
• Breaks and sick leave must be taken into account (plan for substitutes)
• Web-based via intranet would be desirable
• Manage access rights

15 software workstations are required (two employees for administration with full access, otherwise read access).
