Municipality seeks a collaboration tool

We are looking for a collaboration tool for our municipal administration.

The following requirements should be met:

• Manage and coordinate cross-departmental projects and assign them to individuals and/or teams
• Create teams
• Central hub for documents, emails, and photos
• Dashboard for a clear overview
• Permissions management
• Reports
• Definitely NO cloud solution
• Nevertheless, a mobile solution for tablets would be great, if possible
• A German-language solution is absolutely necessary
• Migration will be an important consideration later on, but must be coordinated with the IT department

For now, 13 software workstations are planned. An increase is possible if the entire organization ends up using it.
