Municipal association seeks building management software

We are looking for software for our municipal association that will give us an overview of the various municipal projects in the field of building construction and civil engineering.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Construction management, without tendering
• Order management and documentation that documents order processing
• with details of
• Projects
• Client
• Contractor
• Order date
• Order amount
• Supplements
• Partial invoices
• Final invoice
• Acceptance
• Defects before and after acceptance
• Warranty data
• Can be edited by multiple administrators
• May be readable by other administrators
• Traceable which administrator made which entries
• An interface to financial management would be important - for order posting in the existing software for municipal finance; linking via the booking number if necessary

Five software workstations are required.
