We are looking for a club management system for our motorsports club (approx. 800 members) that we can also use to manage participation in events.
We have the following requirements for the software:
- Member management: Enter member data and save it in the database (very high)
- Service management: Enter a list of all motorsport parts and event data and store it in the database (high)
- Order entry: Transfer of engine orders via a portal connected to the software (low)
- Booking entry or invoice entry: Automatic debiting of membership fees and automatic creation of invoices (very high)
- Balance sheet creation and correction: at least creation of the annual balance sheet, automatic transfer of corrections (high)
- Member portal
- New members should be able to register
- Provision of information on events
- Existing members should be able to book or cancel events
- View of available motorsport parts, inventory management
- It should be possible to borrow and purchase additional parts for motorsports
- Automatic sending of emails after registration of a new member, after planning, changing, or canceling an event
- Support for usage problems (high)
- All data and orders must be stored in a database (high)
- Software updates: free software versions or updates at a low price (high)
- Windows-compatible (very high)
- Interface to MS Excel for importing and exporting data (very high)
- Compatible with MS SQL database or with a cloud (low)
- Authorization concept
- Interface to financial accounting and communication interface desired
- Dialog language: at least German, possibly English
