Medical technology company seeks multi-project management software

We are a high-tech start-up based in southern Germany that develops, produces, and distributes medical technology. We are looking for multi-project management software for technology, development, infrastructure, and customer projects, the latter of which also include production (customer-specific manufacturing). Projects are mainly handled in a traditional manner, but in the area of software, they are handled in an agile manner.

We have the following functional requirements for the software:

Must have:

• Multi-project management (overview of entire project landscape)
• WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) or Gantt chart
• Resource management (utilization, bottlenecks, etc.)
• Configurable reports
• Central data maintenance and management (available resources, vacation, etc.)
• Time tracking by project or project task
• Option to export and import data (e.g., MS Excel, .csv)
• Easy to use, especially for project members

Nice to have:

• Project budget management and controlling
• Creation and management of project templates
• Simulation function
• Web application
• Dashboards and key performance indicator management
• Authorization management, ideally via LDAP
• Simple backup solution including restore function
• Internal collaboration functions
• Kanban and department boards
• Comment function for tasks
• Document management, option to link to documents
• Option to grant external partners partial data access
• Interface to MS Outlook
• Interface to SAP Business One
• Wiki functionality

The software must be client-server compatible (suitable for MS Windows Server 2016 or 2019). It should be installed on our premises (no cloud solutions).

Easily accessible German-speaking support is expected.

Approximately 50 software workstations are required.
