We are an Austrian media company and are looking for publishing software.
We have the following requirements for the software:
- Use of a single software package that enables CRM functions and the creation of quotes, orders, and invoices
- Detailed booking history directly in the customer view
- Simpler business planning directly in the software
- Customer categorization based on several parameters such as sales, customer loyalty, contribution margin, potential, etc.
- Storage of interests, hobbies, and other information about important contacts (“transparent customer”)
- AdVision competition monitoring directly in the customer view
- Synchronization of customer appointments and emails from Outlook with query whether customer appointment
- Ideally, interface to SAP Analytics Cloud or Microsoft Power BI for data analysis
- Tracking of sales performance and target achievement
- Sales pipeline
- Windows and macOS compatible
Approximately 20 software workstations are required.
