Mechanical engineering firm seeks industry-specific solution with property management elements

We are an engineering firm specializing in mechanical engineering. We deal with special machines for the treatment of industrial and technical infrastructure, which are also delivered worldwide. In addition, we intend to manage our company headquarters, including our warehouse and workshop, as well as various residential properties located around the world. These consist of 12 larger rental properties with approximately 120 tenants. I am looking for comprehensive software for my company that can “bring everything under one roof.” I could imagine, for example, industry-specific software with extended master data management, where you can create “tenants” instead of ‘customers’ or “suppliers.”

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Customer and supplier management
• Addresses, additional addresses within the main address
• Contact persons within the address
• Entry of notes – for each address
• Quotation system
• Order confirmation
• Invoicing
• Delivery note
• Invoice
• Dunning
• Warehouse management (materials management) with own article numbers (how many digits?)
• Inventory management
• Multilingual - at least German, English, French
• Correspondence must be conducted with different letterheads (for letters, quotations, delivery notes, invoices)
• For tenants managed in the system - automatic monthly rent statements
• Statistics - monthly turnover, annual turnover in the “address”
• Printing of address labels on a separate printer
• Choice of several printers

A utility bill settlement does not need to be included, as this will continue to be handled by an existing solution.

Four software workstations are planned. The system will run on MS Windows (MS Windows 11 is to be implemented soon).
