Mechanical engineering company seeks document management system (DMS)

We are a mechanical engineering company based in southern Germany and are looking for a document management system (DMS).

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Storage of documents (text documents, scans, emails, etc.)
• Should be compatible with SAP
• Intuitive user interface
• Digital files (especially digital supplier files)
• Search function within the DMS or digital files, e.g., by keywords or time period
• Documents can be moved using drag and drop (within a file, but also between different files)
• Linking of files to incoming invoice processing and automatic e-mail archiving --> this does not have to be included in the basic package, but the provider should offer these solutions if the need arises
• Can be used company-wide
• Further expandable
• Possibility to tailor the solution individually to the customer
• Local or web-based

Up to 20 software workstations are planned. Work is carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
