Marketing and communications agency seeks financial accounting or bookkeeping software

We are a marketing and communications agency and are looking for financial accounting and invoicing software.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Enter incoming invoices (digitally as machine-readable PDF or scan and OCR)
• Assignment to booking accounts
• Assignment to projects or project budgets (job number), then to the digital approval loop
• An overview by booking accounts and projects should be possible
• Various special cases (e.g., a supplier invoice for several projects, advance payment, etc.)
• Interfaces to DATEV and online banking
• Client- and branch-compatible
• Windows-compatible

Approximately 20 software workstations are planned.
