Our manufacturing company operates in the field of discrete manufacturing of plastic parts, for example as an automotive supplier. We are looking for a cost-effective software solution for collecting and analyzing production data with near-real-time display of this data.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Input: Collection of operational and machine data
  • Output: Analysis of company-specific KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) – such as good parts, scrap volume (including reason), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), reasons for downtime, etc.
  • Output of data in a company-specific, configurable format
  • Display on monitors in the production area
  • Interface to SAP
  • Optional simplification of maintenance processes

Approximately 100 software workstations are planned.
