Manufacturing company (plastics industry) seeks ERP system

We are a southern German manufacturing company specializing in single-item and series production in the plastics industry. We are looking for a new ERP solution to optimize the automation of our production processes and, for example, make better use of machine capacity. We build our own tools and would like to manage them with the software as well.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Scheduling (flow of goods, orders, material planning, purchasing)
• Merchandise management
• Order processing (quotes, orders, invoicing)
• Calculation
• Production planning
• Automatic suggestions for material and order requirements
• Better utilization of machine capacity
• Machine and operating data collection
• Tool management
• Label printing
• Optional long-term supplier declaration, pallet account management
• On-premises or cloud-based/web-based solution possible
• Good support is very important

Two to three software workstations are planned.
