Manufacturing company (mechanical and electrical engineering) seeks data protection management system

We are a global manufacturing company in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering. To organize and implement GDPR-compliant data protection, we are looking for a data protection management system for two locations in Germany.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Order data processing
• Collection and processing of personal data
• Data protection impact assessment
• Technical and organizational measures
• Status reports
• Directory of processing activities
• Multi-client capability across multiple locations, if necessary
• Risk management
• Data protection consulting would also be important
• Optional e-learning
• Simple solution, not too cost-intensive
• On-premises or web-based

More than 40 software workstations or users are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
