Manufacturing and trading company seeks merchandise management software or ERP system for approx. 50 users

We are an internationally active manufacturing and trading company for porcelain and ceramic products and are looking for merchandise management software or an ERP system.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Customer management
• Supplier management
• Article management
• Quotation creation
• Customer orders, order processing
• Delivery notes
• Invoicing
• Warehouse management
• Shipping of finished goods
• Purchasing
• “Lean PPS” due to the refinement of porcelain and ceramic products with very low vertical integration
• EDI data exchange
• Multilingual, i.e., German, English
• Data entry for field staff
• Mobile access (mobile devices with iOS and Android)
• Interface, i.e., connection to parcel service providers
• Optional financial accounting
• Optional human resources
• Migration or data transfer from MS Dynamics Navision 2009 R2 to the new software (master data)

Approximately 50 software workstations are planned. Work is carried out in an MS Windows system environment. Field staff communicate with their company remotely via notebooks, in their home office, or via mobile devices.
