We are a medium-sized manufacturing and trading company in the engineering and electronics sector and are looking for software to manage complaints and repairs.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Data entry
  • Tracking
  • Reminder function
  • Defect tracking and analysis
  • 8D reports
  • Customer communication (generate PDF documents and send via email, e.g., cost estimates, repair reports, etc.)
  • Integration with an SQL database containing repair data
  • Web-based
  • Optional open-source solution with the ability to perform internal customizations and maintenance
  • Optional process modeling and workflow support
  • Optional migration or transfer of data from a very old ERP or PPS system (custom software)

Approximately 15 workstations are planned.
