Management software sought for international training association

We are looking for an administration software for an international training association to replace an individual software developed over many years.

The following areas are to be covered by the software:

• Managing members and affiliated sports facilities in over 30 countries (currently more than 300,000 addresses are managed)
• Integration of e-mail communication including linking with address records
• Management of membership fees incl. notification, fee collection, dunning process
• International distribution of training material and selected articles incl. organization of goods, purchasing and logistics for international shipping
• International distribution of insurance policies in cooperation with an insurance brokerage company, including policy management and collection
• Management of licenses issued
• Creation and distribution of licenses with images (cards)
• Online service interface for license registration and address matching by affiliated members
• Organization and processing of international training events, including event registration, course fees, accommodation and training materials
• Notification of necessary further training, license updates, etc.

The software is to be used on several workstations.
