As a management consultancy, we are looking for an integrated ERP solution for a client. Our client is a manufacturing and trading company that sells promotional items, most of which are made from imitation leather.

The promotional items are largely produced to order by a company in Asia. Selected products are stored at the company and picked after the customer order is received, further processed if necessary, and shipped. A special feature here is that the trading company ships the products on behalf of its customers to their end customers in such a way that the company itself is not identifiable as the shipper and manufacturer.

Our client currently has six employees who will be working in the future ERP system.

In accordance with the license models of the ERP system providers, we request that you prepare a quote with the necessary licenses.

The quote should be for a cloud solution and, alternatively, for a dedicated server solution, and should also include the necessary consulting services for implementation.

The initial aim is not to make any software adjustments, but to introduce the standard version of the software offered in the company. Due to the size of the company, any organizational changes required by the new ERP system can be implemented quickly.
