Management consultancy seeks real estate management for a real estate company

We are a management consultancy based in northern Germany and are looking for real estate management software for a real estate company also based in northern Germany. The real estate company owns approximately 200 residential and commercial units.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• CRM, master data, e.g.
• Customers, tenants – both private and commercial
• Tradespeople
• Invoicing
• Quotes
• Orders
• Invoices
• Scanning documents yourself and archiving them in a document management system, including contracts
• Receipts must be able to be recorded digitally and at the same time be available for administrative purposes (Beko)
• Tenants report damage to us with photos and descriptions (app, if applicable)
• Communication with tradespeople: handling of damage/invoices, quotes
• Controlling of properties (profitability)
• Process documentation
• Energy data should ideally be made available to tenants via the property management app or via an alternative.
• Service charge billing
• Suitable for home office use
• Cloud solution

Three software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems will be used.
