Management consultancy seeks integrated ERP system

We are an expanding management consultancy and are looking for an integrated ERP system to optimize our business processes.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Display of commercial processes
• Quotations, orders, delivery notes, invoices
• Integrated cash flow list
• Integrated online banking
• Evaluation of income and expenditure

• Personnel management
• Employee registration
• Time recording (vacation, absences, etc.)
• Travel
• Travel expense

• Integrated project management system

• Document
• Archiving
• Support for relevant quality management standards
• Storage of correspondence
• Sending emails, WhatsApp messages, and SMS messages from the program

• Online appointment scheduling, appointment and room planning for each employee

• Display of customer and prospect records
• Time tracking
• Consulting history
• Integration of email correspondence, chat, etc.
• Assignment of access rights for specific consultants per customer or project

• Option to restrict access, e.g.
• Accounting and controlling All employees
• Only assigned employees have access to customer data
• Restrictions on corrections, e.g. to time tracking
• External access options can be restricted per project or customer
• Optional interface to DATEV desired

Ideally, we are looking for an online solution (SaaS) that also stores data offline (customer consulting on site without Internet access) and synchronizes data later if necessary.

We are planning 10-15 workstations.
