- Warehousing
- Article management, tracking Article movement
- Goods receipt with quality control
- Goods issue
- Batch management
- Special features of EU sales
- Consistent processes, extensive evaluations, comprehensive documentation
- Complaint processing
- Archiving of documents, e.g., emails, meeting notes, quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices
- Extensive rights assignment (read/write access), e.g., quotation proposal by representative - approval by higher authority, value limits for order triggering - otherwise approval
- Hierarchy of authorizations (from left to right): Managing director (superuser) --> Authorized users --> Everyone
- Possible integration of barcode scanning
- Optional PPS
