We are a management consultancy and are looking for an ERP system for a start-up (trade in technical products/goods). There is no in-house production, but this could also be added in the future.

The system should meet the following requirements:

  • CRM
  • SCM (supply chain management)
  • SRM (supplier relationship management)
  • Invoicing (including partial invoices, discounts, and rebates)
  • Checking incoming payments, dunning process
  • Outgoing payments
  • Invoice verification
  • Financial accounting
  • GoBD* compliant (* Principles for the proper management and storage of books, records, and documents in electronic form and for data access)
  • Agent management/commissions
  • Warehousing
  • Article management, tracking Article movement
  • Goods receipt with quality control
  • Goods issue
  • Batch management
  • Special features of EU sales
  • Consistent processes, extensive evaluations, comprehensive documentation
  • Complaint processing
  • Archiving of documents, e.g., emails, meeting notes, quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices
  • Extensive rights assignment (read/write access), e.g., quotation proposal by representative - approval by higher authority, value limits for order triggering - otherwise approval
  • Hierarchy of authorizations (from left to right): Managing director (superuser) --> Authorized users --> Everyone
  • Possible integration of barcode scanning
  • Optional PPS
