Management consultancy seeks ERP solution for an educational institution

We are a management consultancy and are looking for an ERP solution for a small, medium-sized educational institution (including tutoring). This solution should support the accounting processing of many small contracts on a periodic basis.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Efficient decentralized recording of contracts and basic commercial data (monthly payment obligations of customers)
• Periodic processing of contractually agreed payments; cash management including underlying accounting processes
• Commission processing
• Financial accounting
• Cost and performance accounting
• Controlling functionalities
• Windows-based software landscape
• The customer is open to cloud or SaaS solutions

Roughly 50-100 software workstations are required (30% heavy users; 70% light users for basic data entry and evaluation).
