We are a management consultancy specializing in factory planning, logistics, process management, and digitization strategies for companies, and we are looking for an ERP system for a company in steel construction and assembly.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Article master (plus variants)
  • Project calculations
  • Project management
  • Resource planning
  • Production control
  • Component tracking
  • Construction site management
  • Workflow management
  • Digital signature
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Various controlling functions

  • Authorization system, assignment of rights (write, read rights)
  • (Multi-)client capable, as there are 3 locations

The financial accounting system is to be retained. A document management system is being sought in a tender that has already been launched.

Approximately 150 software workstations are planned as full licenses (full access) and approximately 180 more with read-only rights. Work is carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
