We are a management consultancy based in southern Germany and are looking for a customer relationship management (CRM) system for our own use.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Contact management
  • Customer management
  • Customer history
  • Sales process mapping (e.g., assignment of sales representatives)
  • Calendar function
  • Notes
  • Email history mapping
  • 3CX and MS Exchange connection so that contacts, emails, and calendar entries are synchronized
  • Use and access from an iPhone
  • Suitable for home office
  • Web-based

Six software workstations are planned. Various operating systems are used.
