We are a management consultancy and are looking for comprehensive software to support us with process management in management consultancy:

• Designing target processes and developing rough and detailed requirements in the form of tender catalogs, taking into account the corporate strategy and technical operating components
• Sustainable documentation
• evaluations
• Change request recording
• Recording communication on process areas and individual points
• Approval workflow
• Analysis of system presentations and system suitability
• Recommendations for action

The process management should relate to medium-sized companies in different industries. It is important for us to generate requirements from target processes, the traceability of change requests and support in the creation of system assessments/analyses and evaluations.
