We are a small magazine publisher and currently supply approximately 8,500 companies with approximately 10,000 people. We are looking for suitable CRM software with the following requirements.

Alarm list (to-do list)

  • Convenient maintenance
  • Variable display with pre-filters AND sorting
  • Display customer status
  • “Batch processing” of the alert list
  • Contact times for alert list (mornings only, Tuesdays and Thursdays only)

Selections (queries)

  • Convenient (no programming knowledge required)
  • Variable (and, or, not, neither, at least...)
  • Saved

Quotation/order/invoice

  • Convenient quotation creation with conversion to order
  • Interface to WORD for quotation/order confirmation/invoice

Miscellaneous

  • Any links between companies and persons
  • Merging of some address and contact person characteristics
  • Multiple status fields (first cancellation, then old customer)
  • Note to contact person (“nice”)
  • Search possible in all field contents
  • Duplicate comparison how and according to what?

  • Quick and selectable overview of booked orders and open items

Initially, only one software workstation is planned. In the future, the system should be multi-client capable (franchise and/or commercial agencies).
