Looking for time tracking for an auto repair shop

We are a car repair shop and are looking for software to record working hours.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Recording of attendance times, break times
• Vacation planning
• Bookings on a PC, no special terminal required, own server (Microsoft Windows SBS 2011) available
• Simple evaluations and clear reports
• Access rights – employees should be able to edit their own absences (e.g., illness, vocational school), if necessary also from outside the company (via smartphone)
• Documents relating to absences should be able to be stored (certificates of incapacity for work, vocational school cards, etc.)
• Change tracking (who made which entries or changes?)
• Intelligent handling of incorrect and duplicate entries (auto-correction?)
• The screen should clearly show who is currently working or on break
• Project reference should be possible
• Optional: web-based

Four software workstations are planned (two in the office for evaluations, two in the workshop).
