Looking for order processing software (assembly orders) with interfaces to ERP and financial accounting

We are active in the construction industry and arrange installation contracts. For this purpose, we are looking for software to process orders from private and business customers as “installation contracts.” Furthermore, the cost of goods sold (materials and installation separately) should be posted for checking against this order.

The software should support the following:

• Quotation/order processing
• Posting of cost of goods (possibly via interface from financial accounting against the order), no posting of cost of goods against invoiced orders
• Partial invoices and final invoices
• Control when calculating the order for private customers or businesses - comparison of cost of goods and sales revenue
• Transfer of the invoiced order to financial accounting

Merchandise management and financial accounting are already used across locations in the parent company. Some of the order items are to be transferred from this system and processed in the software being sought.

Approximately 50-220 software workstations are planned.
