Leisure service provider seeks planning and billing software

We are a service provider in the leisure sector and are looking for planning and billing software. During the season from April to October, we offer boat tours on various rivers. The tours are accompanied by guides. The software is intended to replace our analog planners. We can currently run up to 6 tours in parallel on any given day, both in the morning and in the afternoon. This means that up to 600 people can take part per day.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Appointments and seat allocation must be flexible, as both individuals and groups of up to 140 people make reservations
• Additional services (BBQ, security system, etc.) should be bookable
• to have a good overview internally
• An online calendar would be desirable.
• In addition, the integration of a billing system for customers and our own accounting would be desirable.
• It would be nice if employee scheduling (approx. 50 employees per season) could also be integrated.
• If individual appointments could then be made visible to customers, that would be perfect.
• Windows-compatible
• Suitable for home office would be pleasant

We currently need three software workstations.
