Laboratory supplies dealer seeks order processing with invoicing

As a distributor of laboratory supplies, we operate two companies at one location and are looking for order processing software with invoicing capabilities.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Manage multiple currencies
• Integrate addresses and items
• Flexibility in item creation (e.g., UN numbers and commodity codes must be entered, possibly also weight information)
• Data backup
• Store and send invoices in accordance with the "principles of proper management and storage of books, records, and documents in electronic form"
• Optional inventory management
• Multi-client capable
• Windows compatible

Three software workstations are required.
