We are a North German IT system house and are looking for a very small, simple ERP system for our customer (a South German pharmaceutical company) that can be used in various branches (worldwide). The pharmaceutical company has its headquarters (with its main warehouse) in Germany. There are 7 or 8 branches, each with a hand warehouse. These branches should all be able to invoice independently and manage their own warehouses.

The software should meet the following additional requirements:

  • Quotations
  • Invoicing
  • Warehouse functions
  • VAT settings
  • Multi-currency capability
  • Multilingual
  • Export of invoice data (e.g., via XML) to headquarters
  • Import of article data (e.g., via XML) from headquarters
  • Web-based is desirable
  • Multi-client capability is not a must

There are 15-20 software workstations planned. MS Windows systems are used.
