We are looking for a document management system (DMS) with workflow for the administration of our IT system house.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Map workflows
  • Legally compliant archiving of emails
  • Legally compliant document archiving
  • Follow-ups
  • Mobile client access (Android or iOS)
  • Web client access (preferably web-based; web GUI)
  • On-premises in an MS Windows environment would also be possible
  • Authorization concept
  • Automatic filing
  • Keyword indexing
  • OCR recognition, conversion
  • Cost-effective

We have our own data center.

Five software workstations are planned.
