IT service provider seeks shipping management and billing software

We are an IT service provider based in southern Germany that operates throughout Europe and are looking for software for freight forwarding management and billing within our group of companies.

We are looking for software for managing and controlling freight forwarding. As part of branch distribution in the retail sector, we work with 500+ freight forwarders in a long-term partnership. The freight forwarders are managed centrally by employees who are to be supported by the software in the following activities:

• Freight billing (credit note and invoicing procedures as well as dispute management with the freight forwarders)
• Documentation of freight forwarding master data and storage of freight forwarding-related documents
• Tender preparation and execution
• Negotiation and documentation of results
• Maintenance of contract information and negotiated terms
• Market research to identify potential new freight forwarders
• Multi-currency capability (e.g., US dollar, euro, Swiss franc)
• Multilingual - nice to have
• Interface to SAP FI should be possible
• Cloud-based preferred

More than 300 software workstations are required.
