IT service provider for system integration seeks software for budget planning and forecasting

We are an IT service provider for system integration and are looking for a software solution for budget planning and forecasting to optimize our corporate management.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Budget planning for one year in multiple versions that can be compared with each other
• Monthly forecasting during the year; comparison of budget, actual, and forecast data
• Overhead allocation and distribution; import via Excel
• Employees have attributes, belong to cost centers, and work on projects
• Internal and external allocation rates
• Cost accounting
• Cost centers are grouped into profit centers
• Import of actual data from SAP via Excel files
• Role and rights concept with 4 to 5 roles is necessary
• Optional open database model so that external tools can be used for individual reporting
• Installation on a central server (dedicated)
• Multi-user capable

Approximately 30 workstations are planned.
