We are a software provider and are looking for order management (order administration and order processing) software for our own use.

The software must meet the following requirements:

  • Creation of quotes and order confirmations
  • Invoicing
  • Credit notes
  • Cancellation invoices
  • Pro forma invoices
  • Orders to suppliers
  • Must comply with the legal requirements for proper storage accounting
    • Automatic assignment of customer numbers for each new customer
    • Separate number ranges for quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices, cancellation invoices, credit notes, and pro forma invoices
    • Invoices, cancellation invoices, and credit notes cannot be changed after printing
    • Outgoing invoice book
  • Preferably a web-based solution, not a cloud solution; however, on-premises would also be possible

We would like to set up the software on our web server.

Five software workstations are planned.
