We are looking for a recruiting software in which the following functions are particularly important to us:
- Recording of postal applications
- Matching of duplicate applications
- Online portal for service provider profiles/matching incl. storing contract details
- Management/evaluation of profiles via recruitment agencies
- Link to our applicant portal from the homepage
- A-B-C analysis of applicants
- Automatic sending of a confirmation of receipt
- Text templates incl. time management/sorting for invitations, interim notification, rejections, inclusion in pool, etc.
- Forwarding of documents to managers incl. processing by the specialist department
- Talent pool of future interesting candidates
- Declaration of consent data protection pool candidates
- Reporting options/statistics
- Documentation of interviews (scheduling interface to Outlook?, evaluation matrix, scan of interview sheets)
- Automatic reminders to candidates and FK
- Interface to Microsoft Outlook
- Auditing
