Internet mail order company seeks software for personnel management and human resources

We are an online retailer (e-commerce) and are looking for personnel management software.

The following requirements should be met:

• Mapping of personnel development topics
• Succession planning (including potential assessment)
• Planning of training/personnel development events

The following functions should be supported in detail:

1. Reminders should be stored, goals recorded, and external/self-assessments should be displayable
2. Employees should have access to a platform where they can select (approved) training courses
3. Communication should be compatible with MS Outlook (including preset template texts, etc.)
4. Direct sending of feedback forms (electronic, print)
5. Graphical evaluation of (feedback) results
6. Complete event planning (including courses, course content, participants, waiting list, event documents, certificates, reminders, etc.)
7. Client- and branch-compatible

Three software workstations are planned.
