We are an online retailer in the recommerce sector and are looking for software for purchasing consumables (from cardboard boxes to forklifts) with warehouse management.
The software should meet the following requirements:
- Master data for suppliers and items; for items, a distinction must be made between whether they are stocked or not (e.g., packaging yes, forklifts no)
- Consignment warehouse labeling for certain items
- Linking of inventory numbers if delivered material must be inventoried
- Reporting and safety stock
- Link supplier to material in order to store and compare prices
- Maintenance of delivery dates
- Requirements and orders via form with sequential number
- Create order history
- Storage of order confirmations and delivery notes in one place, connection to DATEV to also link invoices; link complaints if necessary
- Posting of goods receipts
- Inventory management of cardboard boxes and packaging pallets via barcode/scanning upon removal --> warehouse management
- Evaluation tool: consumption, order history, sales figures, etc.
The software is to be used at 5-7 workstations.
