We are looking for contract management software that will also help our legal department to better manage contracts.
The following requirements are mandatory:
- Software system support
- Runs on Microsoft Windows
- Standardized user interface
- Customizable input fields, pop-ups, etc.
- Based on standard SQL database
- Help functions
- Multi-client capability (currently 3 companies)
- Multilingual user interface, at least English
- In-house solution (no cloud)
- Functions
- Overview of all contracts
- Filter and search functions
- Structured approval processes, role concepts
- Flexible user administration with rights management
- Keyword search and recognition
- Long-term archiving (at least 10 years) (ideally on Blue-ray)
Further requirements:
- Reminder functions (termination dates, payment dates, expiry dates)
- Change logs
- Hosting of contract templates
- Creation of groups, contract groups
- Management of project documents
- Searching and filtering project documents
- Reports (lists, financial lists, status reports, contract lists)
- Web access to specific content (e.g. contract templates)
It would be nice if the software also offered the following features:
- Also run on other operating systems
- Available in other languages in addition to English
