We are an internal service provider and are looking for a seminar management system to manage seminars and webinars for our affiliated academy (approx. 50-70 per year).

The software should support the following requirements:

  • The registration form must include the title and date of the webinar or workshop as well as an automatic calendar entry. Image views are also welcome.
  • Simple booking process, interface to the website (details: reminder if there are no bookings, enter maximum number of participants, different rates, automatic sending of confirmation)
  • Sending of registration confirmation, webinar access, and document dispatch
  • Seminar management
  • Lecturer management (store information about the lecturers)
  • Participant management
  • Fee billing for instructors
  • Newsletter marketing
  • Accounting via provider (including dunning), interface to DATEV
  • Reporting (cancellations, prices, booking behavior, age, etc.)
  • Address collection in accordance with GDPR (use of addresses)
  • Automatic transfer to social media channels (must have)
  • Google Analytics

A maximum of three software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in a Windows environment.
