We are insurance brokers and are looking for suitable management software for our company.
The software should meet the following requirements:
- Automated mail retrieval
- Ideally, each agent should receive an email when mails have been filed for them
- CRM (email correspondence is very important)
- Brokerage billing
- Billing on 2-3 levels for partners, tipsters, and sub-brokers
- Connection to existing DMS solution, possibly also new integrated DMS
- Automatic synchronization of companies, import and export GDV-CSV
- Sample templates, e.g., for claims
- Multi-client capable
- Automatic updates
- Web-based if possible, possibly on Linux server
- Specific interfaces
Three employees in the office and five freelancers (partners) are to work with the software.
