As insurance brokers, we primarily serve property management companies and are looking for a broker management program. Due to our focus, we have relatively few customers (property managers), but each customer has many contracts (managed buildings). Correspondence is generally conducted on a per-contract basis. For claims management, we would like to integrate claims service providers, tradespeople, and residents into the automated processes.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Contract management; easily created contract overview
  • Optimization of claims management (e.g., resident reports damp wall to property manager, property manager reports to us, we report to claims service provider, claims service provider inspects damage, claims service provider commissions craftsman, craftsman makes appointment with resident, etc.) If there is a delay in this chain, the impatient resident contacts the property manager again and the chain is called; the goal is therefore an interface to the property management software, to our software, to the claims service provider's software, to the craftsman, and, in the best case, an email or text message or similar to the resident informing them when the appointment will take place
  • Document management; possibly with PDF//box in the future; therefore, an interface makes sense
  • Easily created quotes as PDFs (there is specific wording for building insurance; currently, a document is generated from the contract containing formulas that calculate the quote using the stored contract data)
  • Compliance with modern standards
  • The flow of information from insurers to us should be able to be processed “in the background.”
  • Support for TAPI drivers - telephone system.

Three software workstations are planned.
