Industry software wanted for a personnel consultancy being founded

We are looking for software to set up a recruitment consultancy from placement to aftercare. The software is to be used in personnel consulting for clients from all sectors.

The software should include the following:

• Applicant database
• Ideally with an interface to job exchanges (applications are submitted directly via the “Apply now” button)
• Digital personnel file for various companies
• Vacation management for different companies
• External documents should be uploaded

The solution should have a good filter function according to knowledge. A keyword search in documents would also be ideal.

If necessary, an interface function to payroll accounting systems should be included.

Currently 1 workstation is planned with the possibility to expand later.
