Industrial service provider seeks administrative or ERP software

We are an industrial service provider with three locations and are looking for administration or ERP software that all three locations can access.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• CRM (master data management)
• Archiving
• Invoicing
• Time recording
• Personnel planning
• Personnel development (training, further education, reminder function - who, when, what further education)
• Field service, technicians (mobile order entry, acceptance, and completion)
• Document management
• Workflow (e.g., approval of invoices, orders)
• Purchasing only marginally
• No inventory management required
• Extensive interfaces, e.g., to mobile devices (field service, technicians) and DATEV must be available
• Multi-client capability
• Access authorizations
• The provider or IT service provider should offer timely support
• Preferably with advice on required hardware, new server
• Individual development also possible
• No cloud solution
