We are an internationally active industrial and commercial enterprise (mechanical engineering) and are looking for capacity planning software.
The solution should meet the following requirements:
The software should maintain the required items (interface to the ERP system) in the existing machine park and thus show incoming capacity commitments. It must also be possible to manually adjust the proposed planning, and in the event of delays, the planning must be adjusted accordingly or the best possible adjustment proposed. Feedback from individual work processes must also be incorporated into the planning so that the current status is visible at all times (live).
Individual work processes must be created for each item, as well as the appropriate tools and materials to be used, so that the best possible work sequence can be determined on this basis.
We currently use an ERP system. The additional software is intended to supplement machine planning (machining and possibly assembly).
Approximately three to five software workstations are planned, either as local installations or web-based.
